Challenge: Knowing which bus was on which route, and when it reached each stop, meant phone calls and manual records.
Solution: A web dashboard that reads GPS data from the buses every minute, matches each vehicle to its route by the stops it passes, and logs every stop arrival. No manual dispatch step.
Outcome: In daily use for real school trips, tracking 14 buses with a permanent log of every stop.

Challenge: Collecting teacher evaluations from hundreds of students, anonymously and reliably, then producing a report for every teacher.
Solution: A web form students complete in the computer lab, with responses encrypted before they are stored, a locked-down admin dashboard, and PDF and Excel reports generated for each teacher.
Outcome: No IP address, device or student ID is stored. Reports for all 48 teachers generate in one batch.

Articles & photosFlipbook journalOne link per subject

Challenge: Turning over a hundred student and teacher articles, with photos, into something thousands of parents could open on their phones.
Solution: A page-flip web journal with a contents index, one link per subject, and optimised images, built to stay fast under heavy parent traffic.
Outcome: Live online with 113 articles and 320 photos, shared with parents through one link per subject.
