Technology should remove complexity, not create more of it.
Most teams don't lack software. They lack software that fits together. Capable people end up as the glue — copying, chasing and reconciling — and that's the part I want to take away.
So that's the job: understand how your work really happens, build the simplest system that carries it, explain it in plain English, and make sure your team actually owns it afterwards.

If we can’t explain a system simply, it isn’t finished. You’ll always know what was built and why.

We start with the change that removes the most work, prove it, then build outward.

Connecting your existing tools usually beats replacing them. New software is a last resort, not a default.

Documentation, handover and access that stay with your team, so you always know how it works. No black boxes.
